Young Talent

Młody Talent

To recruit and retain young and talented employee one needs to understand them at first. Organisational research that has been conducted recently by Tarka Executive’s, advisory firm and Warsaw Management University shows the opposite effect. Managers do not really follow the needs of 20-year old plus university graduates. Negative attitude towards youngsters is being amplified by traditional middle management. In fact, this organisational layer is calling for the largest people-related investments to alter their out-dated leadership style. Without that change top management and human resource professionals will not be able to elicit effectiveness from the young workforce. Established human resource procedures and policies that brought us success in the past are becoming useless when facing attraction, selection, recruitment, engagement, development, and promotion of Young Talent.
