TARKA EXECUTIVE conducts for EY Crowdsourcing a unique study of the motivations, attitudes and behaviours of 20-year-olds, students and university graduates. The study is focused on youths as current/ future customers and employees. This new markets/ workforces are, and will be even more, communicating with the external world with the extensive use of modern technologies. The study utilises TARKA EXECUTIVE approaches and tools that are enabling our Client to get to the roots of youngsters’ personal and group choices, and resulting behavioural patterns.
