We conducted the TARKA PROBE™ Spheres Supreme Study with you in 2024/2025. It covered dozens of Partners, Owners, and Managers of Polish private companies (including family-owned), listed companies, employer and entrepreneur associations, and private business universities – operating globally, at the European level, and in our country. We spent at least several hours with each Decision-Maker, analyzing in confidential interviews the areas of advantage that led to the survival and success of their businesses in an unpredictable environment – from the beginning of the pandemic, through war, and through price and energy challenges. Through professional and disciplined interviews, we listened to the narratives, diagnoses, and needs of the Owners and Partners.
A report presenting the results of the TARKA PROBE™ Spheres Supreme Study will be published and distributed to participants at the beginning of 2026. The report describes proven strategies and effective tactics that allowed Polish private sector businesses to survive and succeed during the recent, turbulent years from 2019/20 to 2024/25. TARKA EXECUTIVE also developed recommendations on how to strengthen and highlight competitive advantages and how to avoid pitfalls in the current, volatile market of customers, suppliers, and employees.
