“The leadership crisis is not a journalistic invention, not a fiction. It concerns politics, economy, and business. How is it manifested in companies? The 2nd Edition of Business-People ResearchTM 2016/ 17 addressed to managers and entrepreneurs sheds light on the matter. It was carried out by TARKA EXECUTIVE in co-operation with the Warsaw Management University (WMU).
There are three main conclusions to be learned from it. Firstly, due to the unpredictable market environment, the mood of the managers leaves much to be desired. Secondly, the work environment is depleted, often to a minimum, reducing the chances of emerging and recognition of business talent. Thirdly, young workers are a group that is incomprehensible to management, difficult to control and a source of disappointment.
