As part of the above-mentioned cooperation, Krzysztof Tarka, Managing Partner of TARKA EXECUTIVE, opens the ADN meeting devoted to the growing ESG requirements for commercial entities with a lecture. In his speech, he points out that a genuine change in the attitudes and behaviors of the Owners and Management Staff is necessary. Without it, the fight against climate change will only be a PR or CSR business slogan. Not the real change that our planet and humanity need.
He also conducts meetings devoted to the transformation of requirements for the Management Staff of our companies. It is a sudden and fluctuating process. And related to time-varying health, social, political, and economic turmoil caused by the Coronavirus Pandemic and the War in Ukraine. New, previously absent Accountabilities and extended Competency Requirements appear in managerial jobs. In many cases, companies need new people in new roles.
